jdbti Terms & Conditions
and User Agreement

All users of the jdbti platform are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully before registering.

Section 1 — Introduction and Initial Agreement

1.1 Description of the Platform

jdbti (referred to hereinafter as "the Company") is an online platform providing players in Myanmar with football betting, Live Casino, Slots, fish shooting games, 2D lottery, and Esports betting. The platform can be accessed at https://jdbti.mom.

1.2 Acceptance of Agreement

By visiting the jdbti website, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue using the website.

1.3 Changes to Terms and Conditions

jdbti reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to play after changes have been published on the website, you are considered to have agreed to the updated terms and conditions. Please check this page regularly.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Sign-Up

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may use the jdbti platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing or playing. Age can be verified through a submitted national ID card or passport.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account at jdbti at any time. If the same person opens additional accounts, those accounts will be closed and any funds in them may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide your correct name, phone number and personal details.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep the password used to access your account confidential. You agree to take full responsibility for all gameplay and financial activity that occurs on your account. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect your account has been hacked, contact jdbti customer service immediately.

2.4 Accurate Information Required

If incorrect information is provided at registration, jdbti may close the account and void any bonuses and funds. Players agree to take responsibility for the accuracy of the information they submit.

Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

jdbti offers the following deposit methods—

  • KBZPay
  • Wave Money
  • AYA Pay
  • CB Pay
  • Bank Transfer

A minimum deposit of 3,000 Ks applies for every deposit method. All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used to deposit into your account (except in cases where the company grants special permission).

3.3 Withdrawal Cancellation

If jdbti suspects that a player is involved in suspicious activity (money laundering, fraud, or collusion with partners), the withdrawal may be suspended temporarily for investigation. Further gameplay may also be paused during the investigation period.

3.4 Payment Errors

If you make a deposit but the amount credited is incorrect due to a technical error on jdbti's side, please notify us immediately via Live Chat. Any funds that appear in your account without coming from your own money must be returned by the player.

Section 4 — Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbti offers a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit (up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks). For example—

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total 60,000 Ks → Wagering 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks
  • Deposit 120,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Total 220,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw the bonus and any winnings associated with it.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. If it is found that the method used to obtain a bonus (deposit, code entry) was not legitimate, the bonus may be voided. jdbti may change its bonus policy without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Levels & Cashback

jdbti's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can move up a tier based on your play volume and qualifying rate. Cashback—

  • Bronze — maximum cashback of 0.4% per week
  • Silver — maximum cashback of 0.8% per week
  • Gold — maximum cashback of 1.1% per week
  • Platinum — maximum cashback of 1.5% per week

Section 5 — Gameplay Rules

5.1 Technical Game Failures

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, network failure or software fault, jdbti will review the session and determine the game result based on the recorded logs. This decision is final.

5.2 Fraud & Hacking Prevention

Do not use computer programs, bots, autoplay scripts, or similar technology to manipulate jdbti during gameplay. If this is discovered, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Game Result Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a game result, jdbti's server logs serve as the final record and will be treated as confirmation. Players must understand the software structure and rules of the game before placing any money.

5.4 Winner Verification

jdbti may delay withdrawals for up to six weeks and request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to verify that a player's winnings are legitimate. Withdrawals will only be processed after successful verification.

Section 6 — Prohibited Activities

6.1 Actions Players Must Not Take

  • Opening an account with false personal information
  • Accessing another person's account without their permission
  • Intentionally abusing bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
  • Using software tools to gain an unfair advantage in games
  • Inciting hostility or making false accusations against jdbti's services
  • Engaging in money laundering activities

If any of the above violations are found, jdbti has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any available funds without payment.

Section 7 — Personal Information and Data

7.1 Data Collection

jdbti collects players' personal information, payment records, and game activity data. This data will be used only to improve their gaming experience and to carry out financial security checks — it will not be sold to third parties. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.

7.2 SSL Encryption

jdbti uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' payment and personal information. Our platform is a secure and trustworthy environment for gaming.

Section 8 — Responsible Gaming and Limits

8.1 Gaming Controls

8.2 Matters jdbti Is Not Responsible For

jdbti is not responsible for any of the following arising from a player's gaming —

  • Financial losses
  • Relationship breakdowns
  • Health or psychological harm

Players are personally responsible for checking and complying with the laws of their own country when gaming, and jdbti cannot provide legal advice.

Section 9 — Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

9.2 Complaint Resolution

If players have a complaint, they must first contact jdbti via Live Chat. If it cannot be resolved through Live Chat, it may be submitted by Email. jdbti's decision is treated as the final resolution.

Section 10 — Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Player-Initiated Closures

Players who wish to close their jdbti account may request this via Live Chat or Email. If any bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, those bonus funds will be forfeited and only the remaining personal funds can be withdrawn.

10.2 Closure by jdbti

If jdbti finds that a player has violated the rules or engaged in prohibited activities, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice. In such cases, jdbti is not obligated to return funds connected to the violation.

What You Should Know About the Terms

From the moment you first visit the jdbti website, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. Once you open an account, completing the verification process further confirms your agreement. Each time you place a bet, these policies are considered to be fully in effect.

Under jdbti policy, withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via KBZPay, the withdrawal will be returned to KBZPay only. This is to strengthen financial security checks and prevent money laundering. The company may make exceptions in special circumstances.

Accounts cannot be shared with anyone. Under jdbti rules, each account must be handled by its registered owner only. Sharing an account may be treated as bonus abuse, resulting in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

The wagering requirement is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings from it. At jdbti, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 10. For example, if you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, you must wager 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.

If jdbti suspects that a player has obtained a bonus through improper means — including collusion, money laundering, or provable cases such as duplicate accounts — withdrawals may be suspended for a period during investigation. If the investigation is cleared, normal processing will resume.

If jdbti discovers that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and funds in that account will not be refunded — this is part of our Child Protection Policy. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods are not accessible to minors.
